Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this platform, submitting a request, or creating a member account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform beyond viewing its public pages.

What this platform is

LX × AMG Luxe is a private request, introduction and coordination platform. Residences, aircraft, yachts, vehicles, staffing and experiences shown here are presented for illustration; submitting a request does not create a booking, a reservation or a contract for any specific residence, aircraft, yacht, vehicle or service. This is not an online travel agency or booking engine: nothing is confirmed, and no payment is collected, through this website itself. Availability, pricing and final terms are always confirmed personally by a senior advisor before anything is arranged.

Who you are contracting with

These terms are entered into with the operating entity behind LX × AMG Luxe. In keeping with the discretion we extend to every member relationship, we do not publish that entity’s legal name, registration number or registered address on this site. That information is verified and shared directly with members, and with any regulator or counterparty entitled to it, through your private office advisor.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is older, to submit a request or hold a member account. By using this platform you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide us is accurate and belongs to you. Member accounts are personal to the individual who registered them and are not to be shared or transferred.

Sending a request

When you complete a request form — a residence enquiry, a service request or an appointment booking — you are asking us to look into something on your behalf and to contact you about it. We use the details you provide only for that purpose, as described in our Privacy Notice. Please provide accurate contact details so an advisor can reach you, and please only send requests you genuinely intend to pursue — see Acceptable use below.

Membership accounts

You may create a member account with an email address and a password of your choosing, or sign in with a private access key issued to you directly. Creating an account or signing in confirms your identity; it does not, by itself, make you an LX member. Access to the private member area is granted separately, by our private office, and may be declined, delayed or withdrawn at our discretion — for example if we are unable to verify a relationship with you, or if access is misused.

Keeping your account secure

You are responsible for keeping your password and any access key confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately, via Request Introduction, if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

What you can see

A member account shows only that member’s own requests, journeys and profile, never another member’s.

Quotes, pricing and confirmation

Nothing on this platform, and no request you submit, constitutes a binding offer, quote or reservation. Pricing shown or discussed before your advisor issues a final confirmation is indicative and may change based on availability, dates, party size, currency movement, seasonal pricing or the specific terms of the underlying provider. Local taxes, service charges and gratuities may apply in addition to any figure discussed informally. An arrangement is only confirmed once your advisor sets out the final scope, price and terms in writing and you accept them.

The role of third-party providers

LX acts as a private intermediary and concierge: we identify, negotiate with and coordinate independent third-party providers — aircraft operators, yacht charter companies, residence owners or managers, vehicle suppliers, protection and household staffing providers, and experience operators — on your behalf. LX does not itself own or operate the aircraft, yachts, vehicles or residences referenced on this platform, and does not itself employ the protection or household staff we may introduce you to, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific engagement.

Each provider is responsible for the safety, insurance, licensing, legal compliance and performance of the service they deliver, and your use of their service is additionally governed by that provider’s own terms and conditions, which will be shared with you before confirmation. We exercise reasonable care in selecting the providers we introduce, but we do not guarantee their performance and are not liable for their acts or omissions, except to the extent required by law.

Cancellations and changes

Once an arrangement is confirmed, cancellation and change terms are set by the relevant third-party provider and will be communicated to you as part of that confirmation. Your private office will always assist in requesting a change or cancellation on your behalf, and will coordinate every affected element of a journey together, but we cannot override a provider’s own cancellation policy, and fees imposed by a provider are passed through, not levied by LX.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with this platform;
• submit requests you do not intend to pursue, or that impersonate someone else;
• misrepresent your identity, age or eligibility;
• use automated tools, scrapers or bots to access, extract data from, or submit forms to this platform;
• attempt to bypass authentication, rate-limiting or other security controls described in our Security & Discretion page; or
• reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source of this platform beyond what your browser normally receives.

We may limit, rate-limit, decline or remove access for requests or accounts we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, automated or in breach of these terms.

Content and intellectual property

The text, photography, video and design on this platform belong to LX × AMG Luxe or are used with the permission of their owners. Nothing here grants you a licence to reproduce, redistribute or reuse them outside this platform, other than viewing them as part of ordinary use of the site.

Confidentiality

We treat what you share with us about your plans, preferences and movements as confidential, on the terms set out in Security & Discretion. In turn, we ask that you keep confidential any rates, internal materials, provider details or working documents your advisor shares with you in the course of arranging a request, and that you not republish them publicly.

No warranty, limitation of liability

Information on this platform — including availability, imagery and indicative details of residences, aircraft, yachts, vehicles and experiences — is provided for guidance only and can change without notice. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, including as to uninterrupted availability or freedom from error.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LX × AMG Luxe is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of this website, and is not liable for the acts, omissions, safety record or service quality of independent third-party providers, as final terms and the identity of the operating provider are always confirmed with you directly before any arrangement is made. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this platform is limited to direct damages, and we exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LX × AMG Luxe harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of this platform, your breach of these terms, or information you provide that is inaccurate or belongs to someone else, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this platform or your member account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or misused the platform. You may ask us to close your account at any time via Request Introduction.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from them that is not resolved informally with our private office will be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Canada.

The private office serves members across many regions, and nothing in this section limits any consumer-protection, data-protection, or other law that applies to you as a mandatory matter of local law — including applicable law in Florida (United States), the United Arab Emirates, the European Union and European Economic Area, and Thailand. Where a mandatory local law grants you greater protection than this section, that local law governs on that point.
